“Our priority in working with public finances is the efficient use of our taxpayers’ funds. The money should be directed to areas where they really bring maximum benefit and work for the well-being of Ukrainian citizens, “said Grinevich.

The consequence of this policy has been moving away from the global trend of equal access to quality education, as more and more schools in dormitories in large cities are turning into settling schools, and more and more rural schools do not provide even the minimum quality of education for “little Ukrainians”. People who have money and power can easily solve the problem of educating their children by being able to place them in a privileged lyceum or gymnasium, or send them to study abroad. When I organized the organizing committee for the revival of Yelisavetgrad Gymnasium in 1991, this initiative was a way to give the unified education system the necessary diversity as a prerequisite for its successful development. I had no intention of creating a school for the few. Of course, no one then predicted the progressive decline of other schools in Kirovograd.

The second is the failure of the School of the Future project, which has been implemented in Ukraine since 2007.
